He subsequently pursued his M.Ch. in Neurosurgery at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for outstanding performance.
Following his superspecialty training, Dr. Bhardwaj served as an Associate Consultant in Neurosurgery at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram, where he gained extensive experience in the management of complex brain and spine disorders.
